  I need to say that IBC needs to step it up in customer service. Wating time is very long and outrageous, and ridiculous. "Drive through" seems to be more of a "check in and park" if the bank would make and effort to have more staff during peak hours (like everything else), waiting(rather park time) would improve. In all fairness to the frontline workers, it would be fair for them that the supervisors be present so all the Flag from the people go to the supervisors and not the frontline workers. But, I don't mean, just take the Flag and not do something about it. This is true for all the branches. I don't want to get into the rest because it's disgusting and it will take me for ever . For example, ATMs are very very frequently not in service. I would be remiss if I did not mention that it was not this way in the past- in all fairness. I can honestly say my husband and I are very responsible people-Never overdrew. Not true, one time which was the banks mistake. It will take me forever to discuss the rest! This type of service just started about 3 or 4 years ago. For the first time, after being with IBC bank for over 30 yrs, I'm looking into other banks/credit unions to change to. God bless you.
